This page explains what information is collected on this site (dilshanandaramana.com), why it is collected, and how it is used. This site is operated by Dilshan Andaramana as a personal portfolio, freelance software engineering practice, and ICT tuition service.

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number, subject, and message content.
• Newsletter sign-up: email address only.
• Academic / tuition portal: if you register for classes through the linked Tuition Portal, additional academic details may be collected there under a separate login system.

No payment card details are collected or stored by this site directly.

2. How information is used

• To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To send newsletter updates to addresses that opted in — you can ask to be removed at any time.
• To administer academic classes for students registered through the Tuition Portal.

Submitted information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data storage

Form submissions are stored in a private database used to operate this site. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect this data, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

4. Third-party services

This site loads fonts and icon libraries from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts, Font Awesome, cdnjs, jsDelivr). These providers may log standard technical request data (such as IP address) as part of serving those files. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok are provided for convenience; those platforms have their own privacy policies.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies set are limited to what is required for core functionality (such as keeping you logged in to the Tuition Portal, where applicable).
